Bio

Anthony has worked in hospitality for nearly 30 years, across both hotel operations and corporate roles. He has previously held General Manager at a variety of hotels within UK and Ireland, including at the iconic Hilton Hotel, The Trafalgar. During his tenure he designed and introduced the Vista bar and restaurant, which is one of London’s most popular rooftop venues.

He has a unique passion for F&B operations and creating new vibrant restaurant and bar concepts. Anthony has a strong motivation for developing his team and has a work hard/play hard ethos. Anthony has a love to travel, both for work and for pleasure. During his spare time, Anthony enjoys spending time with his family in the New Forest, often cooking Italian food and always exploring a variety of F&B inspirations, such as The Pig in Hampshire and Novikov in London.
