Brandie Deignan is managing director of Marco Pierre White Restaurants - the franchising division of
Black and White Hospitality and brand owner of MPW Restaurants.

Falling in love with the hospitality industry when she initially joined the sector ‘temporarily’, 19 years
on she has enjoyed a diverse career working in single, multiple and national leadership roles at
Hilton PLC, Whitbread Restaurants PLC, Tesco Hospitality and most recently British Airways.

She now leads the 50-strong Marco Pierre White Restaurants business which includes eight
restaurant concepts within the brand.

Passionate about guests, restaurants, people and branded environments, Brandie oversees the
growth of the restaurant franchising business and ensures all venues deliver a quality, consistent and
premium service that guests expect from one of the world’s most famous and charismatic chefs and
restauranteurs.

Describing herself as one-part business leader, two-parts mum and three-parts all things food, she
still gets goose bumps just walking into a restaurant and cannot contain her excitement.
