The winning campaign was designed to position Pho’s hero dish, pho, as the ultimate hangover cure by tapping into that panicked feeling when you’re on the wrong side of a hangover. This would ultimately drive customers to the restaurants and ensure they were ordering Pho more than usual via delivery apps. The results spoke for themselves, with an impressive directly attributable return on investment. The agency was Ignite Hospitality.
